Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Suvi mobile application or this website.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Suvi (“the App”), or by accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or website.

Description of Service

Suvi is a personal health and goal tracking application that runs entirely on your iOS device. The App:

  • Helps you set and track personal goals
  • Optionally reads health data from Apple HealthKit
  • Provides on-device AI-powered insights and suggestions
  • Stores all data locally on your device

Not Medical Advice

Suvi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is designed for general wellness and personal goal tracking purposes only.

  • Suvi’s suggestions and insights are not medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice
  • Do not use Suvi as a substitute for professional medical care
  • If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

User Requirements

To use Suvi, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Have an iOS device running iOS 17.0 or later
  • Agree to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Suvi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

Intellectual Property

Suvi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

Apple HealthKit

If you choose to connect Suvi to Apple HealthKit, your use of HealthKit data is also subject to Apple’s HealthKit Terms. Suvi accesses HealthKit with read-only permissions and never transmits this data off your device.

Apple EventKit

If you enable calendar integration, Suvi creates events in a dedicated “Suvi” calendar on your device. This feature uses Apple’s EventKit framework and is subject to Apple’s terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

Suvi requires a paid subscription to access its features. We offer the following plans:

  • Monthly: $3.99 per month
  • Yearly: $29.99 per year

Both plans include a 1-week free trial for eligible users.

Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 1-week free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.

Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap “Subscriptions”
  4. Select “Suvi” and choose “Cancel Subscription”

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Suvi’s features until that time.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide notice of any price changes in advance.

Data and Privacy

Suvi processes all data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details about our privacy practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct related to the App
  • Any other matter relating to the App

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

App Store Terms

Your use of Suvi is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
